Fake e-mails purporting to be sent in the name of Feinwerkbau GmbH are currently in circulation.
The e-mails known to us so far are demonstrably not sent via our servers and we have no way of preventing these forgeries.

We therefore strongly recommend that you check incoming e-mails critically.
If you receive suspicious e-mails, do not click on any links, do not download any files and do not give out any personal information!

Please always check the sender of the e-mail, ideally via the e-mail header, and the destination of a link before clicking on it - e.g. by hovering over it.
Unfortunately, we cannot prevent such phishing emails - the originators cannot be identified or blocked.

Important:

• The bank details you know have not changed! Do not respond to e-mails that claim this and scrutinize the sender.
• Do not make any payments without a receipt - our employees will never ask you to do so!
• If you have any doubts, please contact us - especially if you are asked to change the payment or payment terms by e-mail.
• Should you nevertheless fall victim to a fraud attempt, please report it to your local police authority!
